The developer will sell off land plots to the first 9 land plots. Once you purchase your land plot the Architects will design your home to your specifications, the builder will build and the management company will manage it for you.
This is so good you might want to pick up 2 land plots and either develop or sell one off later to reduce the cost of your own home. The basic building restrictions will apply, i.e.... same style roofing tiles, height restrictions, outside colors and a built up areas.
